Working in customer and employee experience frequently increases emotion into decisions and the resultant actions that are taken. This series of three 90-minute workshops introduces participants to practical steps that can be taken to reduce the difficulty decisions can cause, whilst increasing the quality and influence of the outcomes they produce.

This series of three 90 minute workshops introduces participants to practical steps that can be taken to reduce the difficulty decisions can cause, whilst increasing the quality and influence of the outcomes they produce.

Participants will learn how to

  • Balance conflicting motivation, behaviours and communications
  • Identify and scope genuine challenges and opportunities
  • Scope and deliver new outcomes to deliver on the opportunities
  • Develop broad influencing strategies that can be supported by readily available evidence

We start with an information gathering and background exploration session, via video or face to face. The three 90 minute workshops are spread over a maximum of three weeks and do require participants to carry out a small amount of research between sessions.

Cost: £ 2,800 (for a maximum of 20 participants)
